sec.259 Prohibition notices in force under the repealed Act
This section applies to a prohibition notice— in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement; and given to a person to whom this Act applies. From the commencement, the prohibition notice is taken to be a prohibition notice under this Act. (sec.259-ssec.1) This section applies to a prohibition notice— in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement; and given to a person to whom this Act applies. (sec.259-ssec.2) From the commencement, the prohibition notice is taken to be a prohibition notice under this Act.
- (a) in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement; and
- (b) given to a person to whom this Act applies.
