sec.257 Persons authorised to receive, use and disclose URL data
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was authorised by the chief executive to receive, use and disclose URL data. The person is taken to be an authorised officer under part 8, division 3, subdivision 2. (sec.257-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was authorised by the chief executive to receive, use and disclose URL data.
