sec.238 Pending working with children check application—corporate approved provider

This section applies if— a corporation holds a provider approval; and an individual who does not hold a working with children authority becomes an executive officer of the corporation or a person with management or control of the service; and the individual makes a working with children check application. Section 15 (1) does not apply to the individual until the application is decided or is withdrawn. s 238 amd 2019 No. 18 s 86 (2) sch 2 (sec.238-ssec.1) This section applies if— a corporation holds a provider approval; and an individual who does not hold a working with children authority becomes an executive officer of the corporation or a person with management or control of the service; and the individual makes a working with children check application. (sec.238-ssec.2) Section 15 (1) does not apply to the individual until the application is decided or is withdrawn.

• (a) a corporation holds a provider approval; and
• (b) an individual who does not hold a working with children authority becomes an executive officer of the corporation or a person with management or control of the service; and
• (c) the individual makes a working with children check application.
