sec.237 Application of Act to corporations
This section applies for the application of the Working with Children Check Act 2000 . If a corporation carries on a business that includes conducting a QEC service, each of the following persons is taken to be also carrying on the business— the corporation’s executive officers; if the corporation carries on the service under a service approval—persons with management or control of the service. s 237 amd 2014 No. 28 s 105 sch 1 ; 2024 No. 49 s 130 sch 4 pt 2 (sec.237-ssec.1) This section applies for the application of the Working with Children Check Act 2000 . (sec.237-ssec.2) If a corporation carries on a business that includes conducting a QEC service, each of the following persons is taken to be also carrying on the business— the corporation’s executive officers; if the corporation carries on the service under a service approval—persons with management or control of the service.
- (a) the corporation’s executive officers;
- (b) if the corporation carries on the service under a service approval—persons with management or control of the service.
