sec.208 Procedure for 3-yearly inspection
This section applies if an authorised officer enters a QEC approved service to conduct a triennial inspection. The authorised officer must inform the supervisor, or if the supervisor is not present, another adult staff member, of the purpose of the entry. After completing the inspection, the authorised officer must make a written record of the results of the triennial inspection.
