sec.155 Entering a home and preserving privacy

Before entering a home under this part, other than under a warrant, an authorised officer must do or make a reasonable attempt to comply with section 141 . When entering a home, or exercising a power or performing a function in a home, an authorised officer must preserve, as far as practicable, the privacy of anyone living at the home.
