sec.14 Applicant must be suitable
The chief executive must not grant the provider approval unless the chief executive is satisfied— the applicant is a suitable person to operate a QEC service; and for an applicant that is a corporation—each person who will be a person with management or control of a QEC service operated by the applicant is a suitable person to be involved in the operation of a QEC service.
- (a) the applicant is a suitable person to operate a QEC service; and
- (b) for an applicant that is a corporation—each person who will be a person with management or control of a QEC service operated by the applicant is a suitable person to be involved in the operation of a QEC service.
