sec.137 Functions of authorised officers
An authorised officer has the following functions— to investigate, monitor and enforce compliance with this Act; to investigate or monitor whether an occasion has arisen for the exercise of powers under this Act; to facilitate the exercise of powers under this Act.
- (a) to investigate, monitor and enforce compliance with this Act;
