sec.125 Failure to notify chief executive of intention to transfer service approval
If an approved provider intends to transfer a service approval under part 3 , division 5 , the provider must give the chief executive notice of the intention at least 42 days before the day on which the transfer is intended to take effect. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
