sec.122 Children must be protected from harm and hazards

The approved provider of a QEC approved service must ensure every reasonable precaution is taken to protect children being educated and cared for by the service from harm and from any hazard likely to cause injury. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, each executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 233 , to have also committed the offence. s 122 amd 2013 No. 51 s 229 sch 1
