219 Functions of Registrar, generally
(1) [Section 219 Renumbered by No. 9 of 2022, s. 9, Applied:01 Jul 2023] The Registrar has the functions imposed by this Act.
(2) [Section 219 Subsection (2) inserted by No. 9 of 2022, s. 9, Applied:01 Jul 2023] In performing and exercising functions and powers under this Act, the Registrar, staff made available to the Registrar under section 245 and any committee established by the Registrar are to have regard to any principles of education regulator best practice specified in a Ministerial instruction issued for the purposes of this section.
