174 Type of registration

If the Registration Board grants an application for registration as a school, it is to register that school as a school of a type providing one or more of the following:

(a) kindergarten;

(b) primary education for any specified ages;

(c) secondary education for any specified ages;

(d) senior secondary education;

(e) special assistance education;

(f) distance education;

(g) education of a specified kind;

(h) education for children of a specified kind;

(i) boarding house or residence for students;

(j) education mainly provided to students by a form of electronic communication, within the meaning of the Electronic Transactions Act 2000 .
