149 Opinion of Minister
(1) Before determining an application for registration of a system of non-government schools, the Registration Board is to provide a copy of the report obtained from the Registrar under section 148 to the Minister together with a request for the opinion of the Minister in relation to the application.
(2) The Registration Board is to take the opinion of the Minister into account when determining the application for registration of the system of non-government schools but is not bound by that opinion.
