120 Inspection and audit of accounts of school association
(1) The Secretary or a person authorised by the Secretary may require, in writing and at any reasonable time, a school association to make its accounts available to the Secretary or person for inspection or auditing.
(2) A school association is to comply with a requirement made under subsection (1) .
