9A Meaning of education course and education provider (1) For this Act, each of the courses mentioned in table 9A, column 2 is an education course, and the entity mentioned in column 3 for the course is the provider (the education provider) of the course. (2) Also, the director-general may approve another course as an education course and an entity as the provider (the education provider) of the course. (3) An approval is a notifiable instrument.
