74 Registrar—functions The registrar has the following functions: (a) to administer the registration of non-government schools and keep the register of non-government schools; (b) to develop an annual registration review program, in collaboration with the registration standards advisory board; (c) to carry out registration reviews of registered schools; (d) any other function given to the registrar under this Act or another territory law.
