17Q Transfer—notice If the director-general transfers a student, the director-general must— transfer, including— (i) the grounds for the transfer; and (ii) the school to which the student is to be transferred; and (iii) the day the transfer takes effect; and (b) tell the recommending principal about the transfer, including any changes made to the principal’s recommendation; and (c) tell the principal of the school to which the student is being transferred about the transfer, including— (i) the grounds for the transfer; and (ii) the school from which the student is being transferred; and (iii) the day the transfer takes effect.
