127C Definitions—ch 5 home education report, in relation to a child registered for home education, means a report that complies with section 138 about the educational progress of the child. new registration means registration of a child for home education under section 131 (3) if the child either— (a) has not previously been registered for home education under that section; or (b) has previously been registered for home education under that section but the previous registration has ended 12 months or more before the new registration begins.
