125F Keeping register of enrolments and attendances— registered schools (1) The principal of a registered school must keep a register of enrolments and attendances for the school. (2) An offence against subsection (1) is a strict liability offence. (3) The principal of a registered school commits an offence if the principal— (a) makes an entry in the register of enrolments and attendances for (b) is reckless about whether the entry is correct.
