125B When cancellation takes effect (1) The cancellation of a school’s registration does not take effect until the cancellation becomes final. (2) The cancellation of a school’s registration becomes final when— (a) the time for any appeal or review in relation to the decision has ended; or (b) any appeal or review in relation to the decision has been decided or otherwise ended.
