113 Concern withdrawn (1) A person may withdraw a concern raised under section 110 (Registration review after concern raised) at any time by written notice to the registrar. (2) If the person has difficulty putting the notice in writing, the registrar must give the person reasonable assistance to do so. (3) If the person withdraws the concern, the registrar need not, but may, take further action on the concern.
