109 Annual registration review program (1) The registrar must, before the end of each calendar year, prepare a program for registration reviews of registered schools that the registrar intends to conduct in the next calendar year (an annual registration review program). (2) In developing an annual registration review program, the registrar must consult the registration standards advisory board, particularly in relation to identifying— (a) the registered schools to be reviewed during the year; and (b) areas of focus for registration reviews during the year.
