105 Offence—operate registered school other than within scope of registration (1) The proprietor of a registered school must not operate the school at a campus unless the school is registered to operate at the campus. (2) The proprietor of a registered school must not provide a level of education at a campus unless the school is registered to provide the level of education at the campus.
