#### 97 Reconsideration of decisions 97 Reconsideration of decisions > > (1) If a person who considers himself or herself to be adversely affected by a decision of the Authority in relation to the award of a Record of School Achievement or a Higher School Certificate requests the Authority to reconsider the decision, the Authority is, subject to the rules of the Authority, to reconsider the decision and confirm, reverse or vary the decision. > > > (2) The Authority’s decision in relation to the request is final. > > > (3) Rules of the Authority may make provision for or with respect to— > > > > > (a) the manner in which, and the time within which, a request under this section must be made, and > > > > > (b) any other matter relevant to the disposal of any such request. > > **s 97:** Am 2012 No 12, Sch 1 \[17\].
