#### 88 Decision of Authority not to accredit school 88 Decision of Authority not to accredit school > > (1) The Authority is to give written notice of a decision not to accredit or to grant accreditation different from that applied for and the reasons for its decision to the applicant for accreditation. > > > (2) Any such decision of the Authority has no effect— > > > > > (a) until 30 days have elapsed since the applicant was given written notice of the decision, or > > > > > (b) if an application for an administrative review of the decision has been made to the Tribunal within those 30 days, unless (and until such time as) the Tribunal has confirmed the decision or the application has been withdrawn. > > **s 88:** Am 1997 No 77, Sch 4.2 \[32\]; 2013 No 95, Sch 2.49 \[13\].
