#### 80 Exempted school to be regarded as registered 80 Exempted school to be regarded as registered > > (1) A school to which a current certificate of exemption applies under this Subdivision is to be regarded as registered under this Act. > > > (2) For the purposes of the application of this Act to such a school, the school is to be regarded as becoming unregistered if— > > > > > (a) the period for which the school has been exempted has expired and a written notice of a decision of the Minister not to accept a further objection to registration under this Act has been given in accordance with this Division, or > > > > > (b) the school’s exemption has been cancelled under this Subdivision. > > **s 80:** Am 2014 No 62, Sch 1 \[11\] \[12\].
