#### 75 Notice to the Minister of conscientious objection 75 Notice to the Minister of conscientious objection > A person who— > > > (a) proposes to establish a new non-government school, or > > > (b) is the proprietor of a registered non-government school, or > > > (c) being a parent of a child, wishes the child to receive home schooling, > > may give the Minister written notice that the person conscientiously objects on religious grounds to registration under this Act.
