#### 43 Inclusion of new schools in a system of non-government schools 43 Inclusion of new schools in a system of non-government schools > > (1) The approved authority for a system of non-government schools may notify the Minister in writing that a proprietor of a registered non-government school or a person who proposes to establish a new non-government school wishes to become a member of the system. > > > (2) The school becomes a member of the system on the giving of that notice. > > > (3) Unless application is made to register the school (whether or not already registered under this Act) within 6 months of its becoming a member of the system, the school ceases to be such a member.
