#### 39 Non-government schools may form a system 39 Non-government schools may form a system > Twenty or more registered or proposed non-government schools (or a number less than 20 but greater than 10 as the Minister approves in special circumstances on the recommendation of the Authority) may form a system of non-government schools for the purposes of this Act.
