sec.26 Definitions for part
In this part— relevant day see section 28 . relevant period , for a school, means the period— starting on the first day that students are to attend the school in a calender year; and ending on the relevant day for the year.
- (a) starting on the first day that students are to attend the school in a calender year; and
- (b) ending on the relevant day for the year.
