sec.18 Land and buildings
A school must, in relation to the school and its buildings, comply with the requirements of any Act or other law relating to land use, building, and workplace health and safety. If a school provides boarding facilities, the school must have the necessary accommodation and associated facilities to ensure the health, safety and welfare of students while boarding. (sec.18-ssec.1) A school must, in relation to the school and its buildings, comply with the requirements of any Act or other law relating to land use, building, and workplace health and safety. (sec.18-ssec.2) If a school provides boarding facilities, the school must have the necessary accommodation and associated facilities to ensure the health, safety and welfare of students while boarding.
