sec.15 Health and safety
A school must comply with the requirements of the following legislation that apply to the school— the Child Safe Organisations Act 2024 ; the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 ; the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 . s 15 amd 2025 SL No. 158 s 4
- (a) the Child Safe Organisations Act 2024 ;
- (b) the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 ;
- (c) the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 .
