sec.97 Non-State Schools Accreditation Board
The Non-State Schools Accreditation Board is continued in existence. The board— is a body corporate; and may sue and be sued in its corporate name. In this section— Non-State Schools Accreditation Board means the Non-State Schools Accreditation Board established under the repealed Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2001 , section 105 . (sec.97-ssec.1) The Non-State Schools Accreditation Board is continued in existence. (sec.97-ssec.2) The board— is a body corporate; and may sue and be sued in its corporate name. (sec.97-ssec.3) In this section— Non-State Schools Accreditation Board means the Non-State Schools Accreditation Board established under the repealed Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2001 , section 105 .
- (a) is a body corporate; and
- (b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
