sec.92 Ending show cause process without further action
If, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the board no longer believes a ground exists for withdrawing the governing body’s eligibility for government funding for the school, the board— must not take further action about the show cause notice; and must, as soon as practicable, give notice to the Minister and the governing body that no further action is to be taken about the show cause notice.
