sec.58 Application of division
This division applies if— the governing body of an accredited school (a dividing school ) proposes to divide the school into 2 or more accredited schools (each a separated school ); and the governing body of the dividing school will be the governing body of each of the separated schools.
- (a) the governing body of an accredited school (a dividing school ) proposes to divide the school into 2 or more accredited schools (each a separated school ); and
- (b) the governing body of the dividing school will be the governing body of each of the separated schools.
