sec.51 Use of temporary site is not a change in attribute etc.
This section applies if a special assistance school— provides special assistance at a temporary site; and complies with this part, including the temporary site criteria, in relation to providing special assistance at the site. The provision of the special assistance at the temporary site by the school does not, of itself— require the governing body to apply for accreditation of the school in relation to the temporary site; or constitute a change in an attribute of accreditation of the school. (sec.51-ssec.1) This section applies if a special assistance school— provides special assistance at a temporary site; and complies with this part, including the temporary site criteria, in relation to providing special assistance at the site. (sec.51-ssec.2) The provision of the special assistance at the temporary site by the school does not, of itself— require the governing body to apply for accreditation of the school in relation to the temporary site; or constitute a change in an attribute of accreditation of the school.
- (a) provides special assistance at a temporary site; and
- (b) complies with this part, including the temporary site criteria, in relation to providing special assistance at the site.
