sec.47 Purpose of part
The purpose of this part is to enable a special assistance school to provide, on a temporary basis, special assistance at a temporary site. However, special assistance may be provided at a temporary site only in accordance with the attributes of accreditation mentioned in section 19 (4) (c) for the school’s accredited special assistance sites.
