sec.44 Failure to effect change of attribute of accreditation before change day
This section applies if— an accredited school’s governing body receives a change notice about an attribute of accreditation applying to the school; and the change is not given effect before the change day stated in the notice. The change notice is of no effect and the board is not authorised to make the change to the attribute of accreditation for the school to which the notice relates. (sec.44-ssec.1) This section applies if— an accredited school’s governing body receives a change notice about an attribute of accreditation applying to the school; and the change is not given effect before the change day stated in the notice. (sec.44-ssec.2) The change notice is of no effect and the board is not authorised to make the change to the attribute of accreditation for the school to which the notice relates.
