sec.33 Report by authorised person
To assess a school under this division, the board must obtain a written report from an authorised person about whether the school is complying with the accreditation criteria. If the report is for an assessment under section 30 , the report may also be about whether the governing body is suitable to continue to be the school’s governing body. To prepare the report, the authorised person may exercise the authorised person’s powers under chapter 4 , part 2 . (sec.33-ssec.1) To assess a school under this division, the board must obtain a written report from an authorised person about whether the school is complying with the accreditation criteria.
