sec.27 Investigation
To help in deciding whether an entity is, or continues to be, suitable to be a school’s governing body, the board may investigate the following— a school’s proposed governing body that is the applicant for the accreditation of the school; the governing body of an accredited school; the proposed governing body of an accredited school.
- (a) a school’s proposed governing body that is the applicant for the accreditation of the school;
- (b) the governing body of an accredited school;
- (c) the proposed governing body of an accredited school.
