sec.24 Extension of time to decide application

The applicant and board may, at any time before the day that is 6 months after the day on which the board received the application, agree in writing on a day (the agreed day ) by which the decision is to be made. If the board fails to make the decision by the agreed day— the failure is taken to be a decision of the board to refuse to accredit the school; and the board must, as soon as practicable, give the applicant an information notice about the decision.
