sec.195 Reviews of other decisions not finally dealt with
This section applies if— a person had applied for the review of a decision, other than a funding decision, under repealed section 101 (the review ); and immediately before the commencement, the Minister had not finally dealt with the review. The repealed Act, chapter 4, continues to apply for dealing with the review as if the chapter had not been repealed.
