sec.181 Definitions for division
In this division— funding decision means a decision of the Minister under repealed section 88. new board means the board as continued in existence under section 97(1). repealed , in relation to a section, means the section of the repealed Act. repealed Act means the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2001 as in force before the commencement. s 181 amd 2025 No. 24 s 39N
