sec.115 Time and place of meetings
Board meetings must be held at the times and places the chairperson decides. However, the chairperson must call a meeting if asked, in writing, by the Minister or at least the number of members required to form a quorum for the meeting. The board must meet as often as necessary for it to perform its functions. Without limiting subsection (3) , the board must meet at least 4 times a year. (sec.115-ssec.1) Board meetings must be held at the times and places the chairperson decides.
