sec.105 Conditions of appointment
A member is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council. A member holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided for by this Act, decided by the Governor in Council. A member is appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 105 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.105-ssec.1) A member is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
