sec.103 Nominee of ISQ or CEQL
This section applies to the nomination of a person by an entity under section 102 (1) (d) or (e) . The Minister must give the entity a notice stating a reasonable period within which it may nominate the person. If the entity does not nominate a person within the period stated in the notice, the Minister may nominate a person and the nomination is taken to have been made by the entity. s 103 amd 2025 No. 24 s 39L (sec.103-ssec.1) This section applies to the nomination of a person by an entity under section 102 (1) (d) or (e) . (sec.103-ssec.2) The Minister must give the entity a notice stating a reasonable period within which it may nominate the person. (sec.103-ssec.3) If the entity does not nominate a person within the period stated in the notice, the Minister may nominate a person and the nomination is taken to have been made by the entity.
