sec.102 Membership of board
The board consists of 7 persons (each a member ), as follows— 1 member nominated by the Minister; 3 members (the Minister’s consultation nominees ) nominated by the Minister after consulting with ISQ and CEQL; 1 member nominated by the chief executive; 1 member nominated by ISQ; 1 member nominated by CEQL. Each member must be appointed by the Governor in Council. A Minister’s consultation nominee— must not be a person who is— an employee of the department; or working full-time in an accredited school; or a director of an accredited school’s governing body; or a member of an entity representing the interests of governing bodies of accredited schools; and must be appropriately qualified to be a member of the board. s 102 amd 2025 No. 24 s 39K (sec.102-ssec.1) The board consists of 7 persons (each a member ), as follows— 1 member nominated by the Minister; 3 members (the Minister’s consultation nominees ) nominated by the Minister after consulting with ISQ and CEQL; 1 member nominated by the chief executive; 1 member nominated by ISQ; 1 member nominated by CEQL. - (a) 1 member nominated by the Minister;
