Tasmania regulation
This Order updates the text of the Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Order 2013 by recording that amendments have been incorporated into its authorised (consolidated) version. Mechanically, the Order is a formal consolidation: it does not itself set premiums or create new obligations, but it changes how the Principal Order is presented and is administered by the Department of State Growth (cls 2–4).
