sec.7A Applications to extend temporary use licences— Act , s 171JB
For section 171JB (2) (b) of the Act , the following matters are prescribed— the applicant’s name and contact details; the period of the extension sought; the grounds for the extension. s 7A ins 2024 SL No. 123 s 4
