sec.7 Applications for temporary use licences— Act , s 171F
For section 171F (2) (b) of the Act , the following matters are prescribed— the applicant’s name and contact details; a description of the premises to which the application relates; details of the relevant change the subject of the application; the grounds for the relevant change.
